Frequently asked questions

At what age can toddlers use the rings?

Many clubs start with short, low hangs once children walk steadily and can grip with both hands. Keep the height low enough for feet to nearly touch the floor and adapt to each child's grip and confidence.

How should I set up rings and trapeze for preschoolers?

Hang them low, put soft mats underneath and around, and keep a clear space so no one walks into a swinging child. Stay close, especially during the first sessions, and let children climb on and off themselves where possible.
